-Try-ons are not allowed through courier.

-Please inform us within 48 hours of your return/exchange request via Instagram, Facebook or email at info@shopmoono.com.

-Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed. 

-Exchange/retuen shipping charges will be deducted from total refund amount.
